No voy a decir en general pero en servicio al cliente están pésimos por el servicio de unas chicas morenas, son muy déspotas y contestan muy feo y yo no les decía nada de mal manera y ellas contestan muy feo y anteriormente me negó un cuarto ellas, un cuarto que otra persona me había dado hasta el precio y ella me estaba negando lo y luego me dijo un precio demasiado diferente y cuando ellas están en su turno no atienden el frente, pero hay otros chicos muy muy amables
Stay far away from this place, they make you pay $3.50 for clean towels, they make you pay two dollars per roll of toilet paper when you run out of the ones originally in the room, plus they have many other fees they charge you if you don’t abide by the rules. Location was great, rooms need to be cleaned better, and for extended stay it should have coffee pot and dishes, silverware etc in the room. And bathroom should have at least a hair dryer.
For extended stay it should have dishes, toaster and coffee pot in the rooms, plus hair dryer in bathroom with complimentary shampoo and soaps. This one did not have any of the above, clean in appearance but don't take your shoes off with white socks ours where black after just a few minutes. Nice place just needs better cleaners and the above mentioned
