Found bed bugs in our room at 11 pm . And pulled back sheets to find a yellow stained mattress .when we asked for a refund she told us she couldn't do it and would have to get confirmation from the third party. We waited all night the third party called several times and the employee at the hotel never responded so we couldn't even afford to get another hotel after being down this money . They didn't even go and check the room or even attempt to clean the issue
