Very helpful people. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need
Pam Smith, who I assume is the owner's wife because they share the same last name, and because she felt so entitled to be rude and authoritative with me, told me not to come back and not to talk with the other workers after I dropped in to say hello and to fill out an application. She told this to me in an email, the day after, because she was not even there when I dropped by. Incredibly helpful and friendly. We came in looking for the off-chance that they might be able to match some 17-year-old baseboard that had been damaged. They gave us a tour of the shop, found the moulding in question, and we got to pet their dogs that have free reign in the shop. I'm so glad we came here instead of running around town to all the big box stores that only carry what's popular now.
I ordered custom doors in addition to trim, moulding, and exterior steel doors. If I could give this company a zero ranking I would. My first door order was lost. Doors arrived incomplete. I paid a large upcharge for black hinges, didn't arrive. The sales person was unresponsive to the delays. Eventually the issues were resolved MONTHS after my first order.
