We recently got a new landlord her name is Katie and by far she's the best for the job for many reasons; She's here at the complex Monday through Friday the entire day till 3pm , will always return your call in a timely manner. Addresses matinance concerns by priority but will address any concern in a timely manner and not just forget about it months later and she also cares for everyone who lives here.
I just wanted to say I have been living here for over ten years now and it has been my best rental experience. I was lucky enough to get a unit that that has a pretty back yard with wildlife. The complex has a playground that my grandchildren use when they visit. I suffer from anxiety issues and Katie our property manager is super easy to work with. She makes me feel at ease.
