Lots of kids. Rent is 30% of your income. Quiet at night. Management is wonderful ! 10 out of 10
Wonderful quiet place. Full of children playing. The office lady is very helpful and nice. Been here for alittle of a year coming close to two never had any issues. They work with you. The apartments are nice and tons of play areas.
