Always kept up. Friendly staff, and it's not always been like that. The office manager this time around is very friendly and helpful. I've lived here 7yrs now and never had a problem besides a hateful neighbor, but the office lady helped me move units, and I'm forever grateful for that. There is a lot of children, but expected with soo many units. There's play areas and designated areas for the children to hang out, but kids will be kids. Lots of kids. Rent is 30% of your income. Quiet at night. Management is wonderful ! 10 out of 10
Wonderful quiet place. Full of children playing. The office lady is very helpful and nice. Been here for alittle of a year coming close to two never had any issues. They work with you. The apartments are nice and tons of play areas.
