The Manger doesn’t do nothing bout the kids they are outside after 11pm being disrespectful and damaging people things.She allows her maintenance man to smoke marijuana on the property. The grounds is kept up. The residents are friendly, but the manager and the maintenance man has to go.
Always kept up. Friendly staff, and it's not always been like that. The office manager this time around is very friendly and helpful. I've lived here 7yrs now and never had a problem besides a hateful neighbor, but the office lady helped me move units, and I'm forever grateful for that. There is a lot of children, but expected with soo many units. There's play areas and designated areas for the children to hang out, but kids will be kids. Lots of kids. Rent is 30% of your income. Quiet at night. Management is wonderful ! 10 out of 10
