Water heater is not working at my tenants house.....usually a fairly easy repair. Company asked for $85 service call - ok - but when they got to the house they did not want do anything for that, now they wanted $475 just to diagnose the water heater. $475 !!!!!! These people are insane ! I have been a landlord for over 20 years and I have never encountered such scam! The technician sent to fix My boiler problem was incompetent. The technician was unable to reconnect the thermostat and they were saying that the boiler is too old and instead the company says that they have to sent a technician which will cost $90.00 just to look at the problem plus labor charge. These people are rip off. Don’t use their service. Cost me almost $500 with no fix. BE AWARE.
