Friendly and did exactly what I wanted them to do
I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I called him on a Friday night at 6pm because my well pump wasn't working correctly. He was jam-packed with other service calls, and moreover, he was getting married in the morning! He took probably two hours out of his time, on the evening before his wedding, to walk through diagnostics with me, over the phone, to isolate the problem.
