Just to respond to Adrian… The place was built in 1985. Nothing in that neighborhood was built in the 60s. And none of the garages have electricity inside. These units are a hard value to beat.

This place has gone through a lot of changes in the time I've been here so I wanted to leave a review that accurately reflects the state of things in 2023. Pros: 1. This place is more affordable than most apartments in the area. With 2 bedroom rent floating 400 less on average than apartments of the same size, it's a pretty good deal. Throw in flat rate water and a garage, and it's actually a GOOD deal. Bev the property manager and maintenance guys are all SHADY, CREEPY AND RUDE PEOPLE so better off give your rent money to more reputable human beings than this DUMP and all SMITH TANDY PROPERTIES!
