I’m not one to complain usually but save yourself the hassle and don’t build with woodside. We’ve been in our home for almost 2.5 years at this point and have had several issues with water coming in due to their subpar workmanship on sealing up the exterior way before any concerns of warranty being over. This last go around we had several spots where water ruined our flooring, back door, a bunch of drywall, and even got mold that had to be remediated. Nice newer development with town homes. Really nice layouts on units and the roads.

I’d recommend steering clear of this company. When you are going to work with someone for your most expensive purchase of your life, you should trust the builder, and know that they are going to make everything as hassle/headache free as possible and not pull an bait and switch. You will get exactly that with Woodside, there are so many alternatives that are more straightforward and interested in making things right for their clients. Your money will be far better spent elsewhere.
