I am having issues with all electrical. Lighting is one of the main ones. Our home is two stories and one example of the issues is lighting. For instance if I turn on all down stairs lights and run my washer and dryer with one light upstairs it will kick off all lights and the breaker would have to be reset. Then there is the issue of the sprinkler system whoever wired it left loose wires and the panel isnt functioning right. One station doesn't even work at all.
