Nicole and Alyssa were both phenomenal with guiding me and my mother through this first experience at a SNF. The turn around my mom had with the OT/PT was just impressive. She did well and walking steady again, and better than baseline. Im grateful to the nurses, aides, and therapists for their care. Dr. Reyna and the psychiatrist were also very compassionate and gave me feedback on my mom’s regimen. We were able to cut back on some of the meds safely. We are grateful for Woodside Healthcare.
My mom was admitted to Woodside Healthcare Center over three months ago for round the clock care and rehab, because she had fallen and both her legs were fractured. She also has dementia and she does not even speak English. She was discharged yesterday and she is doing well at home. This building looks great on the outside and inside. The staff treat you like family and are happy to help. Great leadership lends itself to great care.
After them knowing that it's not safe to release my grandma from there this week because of my uncle abusive ways and drugs in the house they still let him take her home I had spoke to the administration of the care home and let them know everything and I lived at my grandma's house but I left because I felt scared of my uncle I called the cops they did nothing and my mom tried to call her caseworker and they made excuses not to talk to her regarding my grandma after they told us they wouldn't release her to that animal they... read more
