This visit was for my partner for earwax removal. The nurse on duty was very patient, considerate and helpful. My own experience when I called to collect my visually impaired partner was also noteworthy of praise as both receptionists could not have been more helpful in assuring me of her arrival and where to await her emergence from the treatment room.
Drs Adair, Denholm and Pugh at Woodside is my GP here and at a past practice and I would be lost without them at this point. I've got a myriad of health issues going on lately and a number of mental health problems alongside, and I've had to go to Woodside a lot of late. I've always felt heard and taken care of, generally been able to get appointments without too much difficulty even in the current NHS climate, and the reception staff are always cordial and efficient.
Dr Rasul and partners are and have been completely supportive of our needs as a family and help when possible they are straight forward and tell you as it is would be a five but nobody is perfect
