The doctors that I've seen here namely Dr Chad are amazing as are the reception staff besides Jill who is always rude and makes it seem like dealing with people is painful and she gives misleading and incorrect and seems to follow totally different policies and guidelines to anyone else who works there, she is the only person who is difficult and rude and unprofessional in my opinion which is a shame.

Rude and unprofessional! Would suggest going elsewhere and seeing different doctors!

The lovely ladies at reception are quite possibly the nicest people you'll ever meet. Always so friendly, helpful and that genuine country charm that we live in the Hills for. As for the Doctors, this is how it should be when visiting your Doctor. My Doctor, Mr Brunner, is like part of our family. A genuine caring man who is so much more to me than 'just' a Doctor. I am so happy to have these people in my life. They listen, they help and they care. Thank you to all at Woodside Country Practice.
