They cleaned my Pakistani rug, a delicate silk runner, and an Oriental wool flatweave. The free estimate was very informative, and the technician took his time to examine every rug. He explained their rug cleaning process in detail. After I approved the price, they handled everything from moving furniture to rolling the rugs. When they returned 8 days later, the results were outstanding. My rugs looked brand new. They laid them back in place with precision. Truly exceptional service from start to finish.
