Made an appointment around 11am for 2-5pm. At almost 3pm they called me to let me know they won't make the appointment. This happened after I told them it was an emergency and they said they would let me know within ten minutes if they could not make it.
My fridge was not hitting the temperature set, but the technician sent by this appliance repair company fixed the problem effectively. He was courteous, reliable, and trustworthy.
