Wonderful Customer Service, they helped us even after the purchase.
I was looking for a some brackets for a bed. The salesman, Aaron, was awesome. He listened to what we were looking for and attempted to find a solution. He found some extra brackets in the back and he was willing to give us the brackets. Unfortunately I needed a couple more brackets than he had. If that is how they treat a none paying customers I can only imagine how well they treat a paying one. Definitely great customer service!
WE LOVE THIS PLACE! We have never experienced this kind of customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers. We have purchased all of our furniture here and wouldn't go any place else. We recently ordered a large sectional and they personally drove down to Oregon to where the couch was made at 6am and delivered it to us to make sure we would have our couch by the date we needed it! Such great people. You're missing out if you haven't been here.
