I've been trying to get a parking permit. They sent me a form to download and fill out. I am not able to edit the form at all. I've called several times during business hours with no answer. I try to leave a message but it hangs up everytime I press the voicemail option. And then you booted us for parking even though you guys don't answer the phone so I could get the permit.
