If I could give zero, I would. Brenda was wonderful but the owner is a joke! Ordered a couch and was told 6-8 weeks and we are on week 11 with no news and not one single requested call from the owner. They just give us the run around but happily with taking our deposit. We are months without any couch now and have given up and have to order from somewhere else. Save yourself a headache!!
We ordered our sofa on 4/19/25…they said it would take about 8 weeks to get it. It’s been 14 weeks and still no sofa. We have called numerous times and each time we got a different response but they always say that they would check with the manufacturer and call back the next day. We have Never gotten a call back from them. Yesterday my husband went into the store and they said that it was shipped but they couldn’t track it. Woodsellers furniture is a great place for home decor. They have an amazing selection of furniture to choose from with unbeatable prices! The Customer services was great. I purchased a super nice massage chair with quality leather and I also purchased Marilyn Monroe picture to hang in my man cave. They also do custom orders so if your looking for something specific I highly recommend checking out this beautiful store! Right off the Parkway!!
$$ but a lot of nice stuff. Staff was amazing not pushy but so helpful
