About two years ago, I accidentally found The Waldon Apartments. I made a wrong turn when I was looking for another apartment complex. The Waldon caught my eye with its beautiful brick cottage style homes. Dawson, the property manager took me on a tour and the rest is history. Since moving in, I have had instant peace. My neighbors are loving and caring. The property manager and maintenance team are personable and down to Earth all while maintaining this beautiful property. The staff at the Waldon Apartments are very friendly. Great manager. If you have an issue and call they will always show up to help. Maintenance men love the tenants pets. It's a nice place to live.
Ive been here a few months and it has been so great. Maintenance is fast and Dawson at the office has helped us with so many questions and been so pleasant helping us as first time renters. Thank you all!
Maintenance is quick. Front office is personable. They maintain the Property and the rents are fairly reasonable for the area.
