I lived here for two years 2016-2018 in a one bedroom while in school and loved it. Management and maintenance were awesome! They have one bedrooms and studios! Great for college students, singles, or couples! Very close to Dalton State College and I-75! Community was very quiet and never had any issues!
Keeps jacking up cost, will not answer the phone, leaving 70-80s equipment like stove/ac units in place, no lawn care, no landlord, no pest control, no legacy, modified the contract holding us responsible for maintenance, went from weekly to monthly and now yearly on lease, obviously not checking backgrounds and bringing in bad tenants.
do you have a three bed room. two bath...and do you accept pets
Ok for over 18 community
This property has went down tremendously. The management is clearly lacking because the upkeep of these apartments is nonexistent.
