Maintenance does not respond to maintenance request. You have to do your own maintenance and pest control. Everything is just rigged together not properly fixed. They won’t even clean the place before you move in. It was filthy and a health hazard. The smoke alarm didn’t even have batteries in it.
I lived here for two years 2016-2018 in a one bedroom while in school and loved it. Management and maintenance were awesome! They have one bedrooms and studios! Great for college students, singles, or couples! Very close to Dalton State College and I-75! Community was very quiet and never had any issues!
Keeps jacking up cost, will not answer the phone, leaving 70-80s equipment like stove/ac units in place, no lawn care, no landlord, no pest control, no legacy, modified the contract holding us responsible for maintenance, went from weekly to monthly and now yearly on lease, obviously not checking backgrounds and bringing in bad tenants.
