Be careful to order from this company: I purchased a couple of unfinished cabinet doors through their "The Cabinet Door Store" website. I received a notice on 5/10/24 that the doors would be shipped by 6/5/24 (nearly 4 weeks). I immediately responded that that was too long a wait and that I would like the order canceled. This request was denied on 5/13/24 because "the order went already into production" and per their website details, orders cannot be canceled. I call this poor customer support.

I upgraded this review from one star to four. Although the below comments represent my experience, they made good on the order, and I received my 2nd cabinet door within a week. I'll further upgrade the review once the doors are installed. I ordered 2 cabinet doors from The Cabinet Door Store, which is owned/affiliated with Wood Works, LLC. I received one door and was advised it would take about 3 more weeks to receive my 2nd door because they sent my order to the wrong customer.
