Tyler and Joanna are the absolute best. I have been going to Woods Werks for 5 years with my Countryman and I never want to go anywhere else. I found them after the mini dealership tried to swindle me and I wanted a second opinion on the work the dealership said I needed. Amazing experience! Tyler and Joanna were genuine, honest, and great communicators throughout my BMW X1 service. I really appreciated their transparency about what actually needed (and didn’t need) to be done. Joanna and Tyler are a FANTASTIC team to work with. I have taken my 2010 MINI Cooper S to Wood's Werks for at least six years - ever since I learned about their business.
