Amazing experience! Tyler and Joanna were genuine, honest, and great communicators throughout my BMW X1 service. I really appreciated their transparency about what actually needed (and didn’t need) to be done. Their invoice was the best I’ve seen, detailed with clear explanations of all the work performed and parts used. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Joanna and Tyler are a FANTASTIC team to work with. I have taken my 2010 MINI Cooper S to Wood's Werks for at least six years - ever since I learned about their business. Just recently I upgraded to a 2023 MINI Cooper S and brought it in for a post-purchase inspection. As usual, Tyler was extremely thorough in his evaluation. Tyler has been taking care of our 328xi for 8 years from 60k miles to over 120K miles. He did all maintenance and repairs and the car was running smoothly as it should until it was totaled by a deer. For two years, he has taken care of our X1, and we just bought a second X1 we will trust into his hands. Tyler’s work is excellent, on time, and very reasonably priced.
