I joined the Women on the Water sea kayaking weekend on Lake Huron, excited to learn a new skill in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, an unseasonably cold front and high winds made kayaking unsafe at the start of the trip. Despite these challenges, instructors Sue and Mary adapted brilliantly, organizing engaging outdoor activities that kept the group entertained and connected. Sue and her team were terrific with every detail of our overnight kayak and camping experience. From the camping site (see pictures) to the delivery of all of our gear and a great chef prepared dinner, (Les Chenaux Culinary Institute) it was exactly what I asked when requesting an unforgettable trip.
