A really bad place to do business! I was charged $80.45 for 1 12' piece of 1/4" round stainless steel! I was stuck as I needed it complete a job, when I questioned the price it was take it or leave it! This place will be the last resort for future purchases. Man behind the counter did not know the meaning of 'diameter'.
Terrible customer service from the customer service officials, I was waiting for 10 minutes and the officials were playing chess on the computer.
Went there for a job quote and they were very rude and unaccommodating. Will never try to bring work to them again.
Called Friday diamond plate 149..close in half hour..ok be there on Monday...price Monday 278.00. Why? Went up over the weekend while we were closed. ??? What. No thanks
