My name is Kerry, I work at the woods spa. I am responding to Michelle, I worked on your son yes. He has received a 30 minute massage. I explained that we work on the neck shoulders and back when we do a 30 minute massage. I DID ask if he wanted his arms and hands done, he said no. My sons and I went hers for the first time. My youngest son and myself had a great experience. However, my oldest son (we were starting there for his birthday celebration) had Kerry... we all had Swedish massages, she never offered for him to remove his jeans. So needless to say she did not massage his legs or arms. His belt made the massage uncomfortable. This was very unprofessional. The staff and service at the spa is professional and always looks to provide a high level of service. When clients decide to not show up for their appointments without calling ahead, of course they can expect to lose their deposit. Every other spa treatments in the area has the same no show policy. The clients are given ample opportunity to cancel and reshedule their appointments.
Absolutely most rude unprofessional place I have ever experienced in my entire life. I had purchased a package for my fiancé she had an appointment she was not able to keep called hours ahead of time to reschedule and continued to call up until her appointment with no answer when we were finally able to get through the receptionist told us they don't "deal with people like us" and hung up with no refund of our package. Please anyone looking for a massage I recommend you put woods spa at the bottom of your list with this kind... read more
