Definitely takes FULL advantage of female customer's. So I read the review prior to me coming about the wrongful inspection of a female customer and taking advantage, and I thought that was 6 months ago maybe they'd get better since then and find the error in their ways. Not to mention I was referred over to this shop. Well my car wouldn't start and all I needed was a fuel pump. Awful place
Woods might be a top dollar repair shop, but they accurately diagnose issues and guarantee their work. Worth every dime.
I woke up to a flat tire this morning...tire had a screw in it. I called and spoke with Billy. He let me know when he could get me in so that I could make sure that my tire was inflated enough to get there. One of the best experiences I've had with a tire company. The customer service could not have been better.
