Woods Service Center was very courteous, very understanding and he knew I was on a fixed income and gave me a break on fixing the repairs and what was wrong to start with. When my vehicle stopped running, I had Wood's tow the vehicle to their lot for their fee of $85. I asked them for an estimate. Unfortunately for me, they never told me that they were going to charge me $98 to do the estimate. And when I asked for the vehicle so I could get a second opinion they refused to release it back to me. I felt that they were overcharging me for a simple procedure. In my opinion they are overrated and overpriced.
