As many of the other reviews here, Jeff stated he'll be out to do the job and .... crickets! I read it takes an average of 7 seconds to send a text, you know just a "Hey man, can't make it" or "can we reschedule?" Don't waste your time.
Great job! Fixed the bathroom faucet and add an outdoor faucet. Fast pilot very nice young men.
No call no show. Came out looked at the job, told my husband it would take around 3 hours. Guess who sat at home all day waiting on them? Me if you cant guess. I called and texted multiple times with no reply. How do businesses like that stay in business???? Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Doesn't look like it was his first time to do this either. I dont know if its poor work ethic, laziness or both but I use an outhouse before I would let him work on anything
So happy with Woods Plumbing! They've been out a couple of times now to our home for commode and faucet repairs. They are quick to respond, and do great work at a fair price. We've found our plumber of choice here in our little town, thank you Woods Plumbing! Highly recommend 👌
Do not recommend. Poor communication slkills. Initial work performed, snaking the drain, did not fix problem of slow kitchen drain. Was told they would be back to install a drain vent and a filter system and Jeff would give us an estimate for other services we required. After waiting a month to have vent pipe and filter installed. We have yet to have any response from Jeff and have seen no servicemen. It was a simple job, vent pipe and inline filter.
