A Physiotherapist friend recently recommended that I pay Tom a visit after being diagnosed with Patellafemoral arthritis. She had noticed how my foot alignment was not as it should be therefore probably contributing to my knee pain. After a thorough consultation I received my orthotics two weeks later. I was advised to contact Tom in connection with osteoarthritis in my knee and discuss the option of using an Ossur knee brace. I was very impressed with Tom’s professionalism in ensuring the product was suited to my needs and that the fitting was correct and comfortable. Assessment by Tom for a knee brace was highly recommended to me by my orthopaedic consultant. I have osteoarthritis of the medial compartment that causes me severe pain on walking but the surgeon is reluctant to do surgery on it at present due to my young age. Tom requested a report from my ortho consultant prior to my appointment with him and at my appointment conducted a full gait analysis. I can only say that the difference made to my foot discomfort by my insoles has been wonderful. I no longer have the aches and pains that used to trouble me after walking for a while. The kindness, time given and service during the appointments and follow up was second to none. I thoroughly recommend Woods Orthotics to everyone.

I cannot recommend Tom & Woods orthotics enough. He was extremely amiable, professional & helpful. I had been suffering with pain in my feet, knees, hips & back all caused by flat feet. Before him I had seen several professionals who were unable to correctly provide me with the right orthotics. He was extremely thorough in his assessment & made 3D printed orthotics for my shoes. Which are the best I’ve ever had custom made, once fitted they were like walking on air. Now I am walking pain free thanks to Tom.
