I booked an appointment to view the BMW X3. I was sent the video of the car and some close up photos upon my request which I appreciate. Upon seeing the car i noticed there were no floor mats in the car and there were two holes in the carpet under floor mat (as floor mats were not there in the car so that damage was glaringly obvious). Floor mats from BMW costs ~£200. I was told you can buy them from Ebay for £30. Why on earth would I do that for a £23000 car!!
