Bought a Dacia duster 13 plate along with the best warranty package they have on offer as a first car. Garage has been very helpful and supportive despite a few minor issues which were resolved in good time. They've also helped to cover the cost of a service which was only 1.5 months overdue to allow my cover to take full effect. I would say if you're purchasing from here that it may be worth taking their warranty options for older cars as it's been very worthwhile for me. Rang on Friday to arrange a viewing for one of their cars I'd seen on Auto Trader. There were no appointments available on Saturday so arranged an appointment for 2pm on Monday. We set off and realised there was traffic on the route so half way there we gave them a courtesy call to say we would be a little later than planned. I bought a mini cooper from this dealer. My experience with Neal from start to finish was excellent. From paying my holding deposit to picking the car up was so professional. Mislead into the sale of a car and missold ,contacted trading standards! they also provided no after care as they have completely ignored all attempts to contact them.
