I booked an appointment to view the BMW X3. I was sent the video of the car and some close up photos upon my request which I appreciate. Upon seeing the car i noticed there were no floor mats in the car and there were two holes in the carpet under floor mat (as floor mats were not there in the car so that damage was glaringly obvious). Floor mats from BMW costs ~£200. I was told you can buy them from Ebay for £30. Why on earth would I do that for a £23000 car!! My wife purchased a BMW X1 from Woods of Wirral in March. She was excited to buy a car of her own to support her new business. When she went to view the vehicle, everything appeared to be in order. However, she was unable to test drive it because the salesperson, Neil, was on his own and the car was parked at the back, making it inaccessible at the time. Bought a Dacia duster 13 plate along with the best warranty package they have on offer as a first car. Garage has been very helpful and supportive despite a few minor issues which were resolved in good time. They've also helped to cover the cost of a service which was only 1.5 months overdue to allow my cover to take full effect. I would say if you're purchasing from here that it may be worth taking their warranty options for older cars as it's been very worthwhile for me.
