I love it here at Woods of Williamsburg. The office staff have been kind to me. Charles and Alyssa are amazing!
I didnt even get the chance to live here, I will start with that. I usually dont care about much but this particular situation was bothering. I had an appointment scheduled for 9AM to come and tour some units that I was interested in after seeing them online. I get there early, 9AM rolls around and no one has come into the office as I sat outside for 20 minutes prior. DO NOT LIVE HERE———— If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management is incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and seems to have little to no concern for the actual living conditions of their tenants. Maintenance requests are either ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, and when they are “fixed,” the issues often come right back. ★☆☆☆☆ PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE — YOU WILL REGRET IT Where do I even start? Woods of Williamsburg is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are infested with bugs, and management refuses to take it seriously. Even when bugs start coming through the vents, they’ll just blame you instead of fixing the problem. Ask around — every neighbor will tell you the same thing.
