I really hate that I am writing this review. I purchased a sprinkler system, and was initially pleased with my service. Now, that is not the case. I purchased the silver package that included 5 annual checkups in 2022. Since then I've only had one checkup and it was like pulling teeth to get it completed. Now 3 years later I am trying to get another one and it is the same situation. The only way to contact them is through text. I’ve tried several times to get someone to help me. Finally, after two days, they responded and gave me another number to text, Jerry. I texted him twice - no response!!!
I received a text from this company, when I didn't even know of them or reached out to them in anyway. I am not sure how my info made it to him. But in these short messages I won't ever be using them.
