We purchased Wood’s Landscape & Sprinkler Service’s Platinum Sprinkler Package in April 2023 for $8,945. The package was sold to us with a 10-year warranty and 20 winterization/pressurization services, along with added system features. For the first two years (2023–2024), the company completed the seasonal services as promised, and the staff members who visited our home were professional and courteous. Don’t hire this company!
I really hate that I am writing this review. I purchased a sprinkler system, and was initially pleased with my service. Now, that is not the case. I purchased the silver package that included 5 annual checkups in 2022. Since then I've only had one checkup and it was like pulling teeth to get it completed. Now 3 years later I am trying to get another one and it is the same situation. The only way to contact them is through text. I’ve tried several times to get someone to help me. Finally, after two days, they responded and gave me another number to text, Jerry. I texted him twice - no response!!!
