Our A/C unit was installed in July 2023. Less than a year later, in May 2024, it stopped working and the lines froze. A tech came out and topped up the refrigerant, but the problem came back just days later. After multiple visits, they identified a leak, "patched" it, and assured us they'd replace the unit if the issue persisted. Woods Heating & Air Inc. arrived quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem we had with our AC unit. The technicians were polite, courteous and efficient. We would strongly recommend Woods and we will use Woods again.

Cory and Jamie were fantastic. Were able to show up the same day and early. Fixed the AC in our rental home quickly. Tenants were very happy with their professionalism as was I.
