So far we’ve had excellent and fast service. Excellent customer service. Would recommend Woods heating to everyone who needs work on their heating or cooling systems. Very kind, knowledgeable and efficient workers!
As usual, we had prompt, terrific service from Corey, Devin, Dylan and the team. They set up a timely appointment to check and replace our very old water heater. The team was thoughtful about caring for our floors, while replacing the tank. The whole job was done efficiently and quickly. Devin didn't try to upsell us and we were quite pleased with the cost and quality of the new tank and installation. Absolutely proffesional and friendly. Very polite and try their hardest to fix whatever problem needs to be fixed with your furnace. I highly recommend their service. Their price for service is also very reasonable. We no longer call any other furnace companies. Woods Heating & Air is it for us.
These guys are awesome! They've done everything for us - new furnace, AC, water heater, ductwork, you name it. Every single time they've been super professional, totally honest, and their pricing is fair. The techs are friendly, know their stuff, and never try to upsell us on things we don't need. We've used them for years and always feel good about recommending them to friends and neighbours. If you need HVAC work done right, these are the people to call. Seriously can't say enough good things about their service!
