“Extremely disappointed with Wood’s Fleet Service. Took my vehicle in for what should have been a quick repair, but it ended up taking much longer than promised. They kept changing the completion date, and communication was terrible—I had to call repeatedly for updates. When I finally got my vehicle back, I noticed they hadn’t even addressed one of the issues I initially mentioned. I was also shocked at the high price for the level of service I received.
