If I could rate this business 0 stars, i absolutely would. Maintenence is a joke. Upkeep is a joke. Property management is a joke. Rent has been raised 2x in the last 8 months over 100$ in total. I pay 1108 a month originally 1000 a month . That's a freaking mortgage payment. Id rather pay a mortgage payment then live in a house thats falling apart, broken boards, rotting boards, cracked ceilings, trim falling off constantly, black molded showers * like that when i moved in * giant holes/dips in the yard from trees they've r... read more
After living here for for multiple years. I have had nothing but issues with maintenance not coming or my work orders not being placed. I have to do these things myself and I pay rent...that's right rent I dont own. Its not my job to handle things that break in the property. I handle my lawn. Go to try and speak with the property manager nope. Refuses to speak to you without ab appointment....not to mention raised the rent almost 200 bucks within the time I've been here.
My water heater went out and you replaced it with an AO Smith water heater. Thank you! Woods Edge is a nice quiet place to live. The rent is reasonable compared to other places. I've lived here for 2 years and plan on many more. The trailers are like your own house. Home sweet home!
🚫 Long-Term Resident — I Strongly Do NOT Recommend This Place I’ve been a resident here for a few years now, and I can honestly say this has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. feel obligated to warn others do not move here. For the price that we pay the community does not reflect it. The community is starting to look trashy especially the maintenance area near the mailboxes. There are trucks that have had weeds growing up around them that haven't been moved in years and not to mention the homes that can be seen from the road that have been missing skirting for quite sometime. Overall it is a quiet place to live and we have good neighbors. I just wish the upkeep was better.
