Personally I love owning out here. It's mostly quite. The office takes any concerns I have to heart. They usually solve any issues I personally have had which have been very few.
Would not suggest anyone to buy a unit here. Bunch of empty promises. Lot rent is way way to high for a yard that is unusable. This years Lot rent is the highest yet. You still won't explain why my lot rent went up so much.
I love living here. There are some things that made this a 4 star such as the swings are gone, the pool was closed a lot last summer and maintenance can take awhile. 2 out of 3 of those is because they don't have the staff to cover things like they should. The swings for the kids I don't know what happened. Outside of those things I love it here, the staff has been great with me, and the neighborhood has been nice.
