By far one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Scott and Mike are great to work with. Mike and I spent a lot of time going over the machine, he knew what he was talking about and knew how to effectively communicate with customers. He's not pushy, he's not overconfident, and it genuinely felt like he was not trying to sell a machine but was only trying to help me out.
I could not be happier with my experience purchasing a Volvo EC60. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the deal work for everyone. As a small business owner I could appreciate the love and care he put into the sale and his attention to small details. I didn't expect this level of service from a large equipment dealer. Woods CRW Corp is a great place to conduct business. I bought a new EC60 this spring and recently this fall a SD45 roller. Mike is a top notch guy to do sales with. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the equipment and most importantly he knows the demand and stress the businessman has when it comes to reliable equipment and downtime.
