Yes I recommended Woods to others and I only need the stated update to my thermostat firmware, as he didn’t have the required thumb drive for the update during the service call.
We cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that we received from Woods. The tech (Michael) that came to our home explained everything to us from the routine maintenance to the whole home ventilation system he installed. We will definitely be customers for life and would recommend Woods to anyone considering any kind of service for their heating and air needs. Our tech Michael did a great job. Overall a really great experience.
