Beyond exceeded my expectations! Came out at last minute for an unscheduled appointment after another company didn't show. Was there within the hour of me calling. I even offered to pay extra for all his kind effort and he politely declined. I will be calling Bob for now on with all my carpet needs. I've never seen the carpet that clean and it smelled great. Best of all, he was in and out in impeccable timing. Thanks Bob, you certainly gained a new customer!
