Really poor service. Two years in a row I have purchased packages from Woods and both times the queens were dead and the customer service getting it straightened out was a nightmare. I have learned my $300 lesson and will purchase from a reputable dealer in the future.
Woods & Co are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. April 25th package pickup was very coordinated, safe and efficient. I had my bees back to South County by 8:30!
