Have been trying to get into the woods at advent ferry, in Holly Springs,for some time. The receptionist has put me off for months. It was one thing after another. Last excuse was my background check. So she told me she would send it in the mail, that was 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Extremely unprofessional management and a complete waste of our company’s time. We sent a technician out to diagnose issues in TWO separate units, and he spent over TWO HOURS on-site troubleshooting and inspecting appliances thoroughly. We were in communication with the maintenance supervisor, Edwards Mosley, throughout the process, so there was full awareness of the work being completed.
