Warning! Do not use! They will underappraise your property to avoid work. Made multiple objective mistakes (such as the amount of garage spaces - easily proved wrong by Zillow or google maps street view). I challenged their first appraisal for not accounting for many features and they admitted that the features were valuable but were neglecting to make adjustments because they did not find enough sales of properties with similar features. ISN’T IT THEIR TO KNOW AND ASSIGN VALUES? Absolutely shameful. Worst experience ever.
