Roaches, MOLD in bathroom at least twice a year, water not leaking but pouring down in the bathroom. They sandpaper the mold and paint over it. Brown water comes outta the faucet. I use bottled water to brush my teeth and cook with. Unfortunately I shower with this water I think that's why my hair is falling out, (just saying). My apt is smoky as if I'm cooking and smells like something is burning and I just woke up. Plus I eat out 90% of the time cause roaches are everywhere. This bldg need to be tented for roaches. Do not move here. I lived there 4 years ago. They go up on rent every year. They have roaches. Also mold in the bathroom that they just paint over. Luckily I never used the wall heater because the Gas company came out and said that it was a hazard and would have caused a fire if it where ever lit. That place is all about the money they don’t care how the place is as long as the rent is being paid. BEWARE!!!
