Nobody is ever in the office! AND there is no way to reach a live person either on the telephone. This is no way to do business. I understood that they underwent a change in management for this property but I think it is worse instead of better. My storage unit is paid through this complex (The Woods) even though it is located at the Thunderbird Apartments which they also own but there is no office at the Thunderbird nor my storage sadly. The previous Manager at least would let me know if she was or was not in the Office bef... read more
