I can't get over the excellent service that I received yesterday at Woodry's!!! We called to check on the warranty of a recliner we bought 3 years ago. Although the time had elapsed on the cushion, they had us bring the chair in and they redid the seat and back so it's like a new chair. It took a couple of hours and was no cost to us! This "old fashioned" customer service will take us back to Woodry's when we need furniture!!! Thank you!!!!. Joan and Gary Bechtel
If you don't see it, they will order it We really liked the low-pressure sales and honest answers. We ended up ordering what we wanted from a catalog (at a nice savings). Delivery was prompt and professional.
Happy Customer We had been to 11 different furniture stores looking for a Best loveseat recliner similar to a recliner chair we already have. No one could help us. We found Woodrey's, and they looked the item up in a catalog, verified identical upholstery, and even found a sample chair we could test for firmness and back support. Sales staff really went the extra mile for us.
Bad quality & rude salesperson We went to Woodry's store for about 20 minutes. Lots of furniture there seems not to be in good quality, and some furniture is already in a bad shape. When we left without buying anything, a salesperson of about 60 years old said some rude words to us. It ruined our one good day! Don't go to Woodry's if you don't want to ruin your day or waste your time!!!
Good selection! Been in Salem for a long time. Was looking for a daybed and they had just what I wanted. Not a large store, but packed. Very pleasant to work with, would go there again.

Very large selection This store has great prices on furniture. They seem to carry really nice couches at an affordable price. the salesman did not hurry you along, nor keep asking you questions. Easy to get to, easy to park at the front door, and a wide variety of furniture for every room in the house.
