Awesome experience! Came to view a unit I rent online and it was too small! I saw the agent at the office and she was able to get me an awesome deal. Fast forward 4 months: Not a good move out process. We moved out when instructed by a 2 different phone reps, filled out a move out form and they still charged. Tried speaking with office person, she basically blamed us for the whole issue, promised to take care of it and after two weeks, still NO REFUND OF ALMOST $200 for a unit we ARE NOT EVEN IN. This facility claims to have 24/7 security ,but when I had a 10x20 storage completely stolen from under there 24/7 security they clim to have no footage of this happening. If you have to have a code to get in the gate and you need a code to get in the building and still no footage of anyone coming and going in a unit and stealing everything inside of it. With that said I'm to believe that this is a inside job, if you can't produce any footage of a secured facility then something is wrong.
I actually love my storage unit, I’m just disappointed in the fact that you can never reach anyone when you call, they never respond to emails, and there’s almost never anyone at the office. The facility itself is great though.
