I woke up to my power being out for well over an hour for 3 days in a row, the woman answering the phone is of absolutely no help and it’s obvious she doesn’t know of anything that’s going on. The only thing about her job that woman knows how to do is collect people’s money and act ignorant. Let's be real here!! They're service cuts off when you definitely need it. It doesn't have to rain, sleet, or snow and the electric will randomly cut off and stay off. You can call or message and get the same response, "We're working on it." My question is, Why is this companie's electric cuts off when everyone around me electric is working fine?! It happens every year repeatedly all year round. It kills me to look out my window in the winter and see everyone else lights on and mine is off!
