I needed the decking and fascia removed from a long set of stairs coming from our second floor deck. Ryley and Woodruff Construction were recommended on a Bountiful related Facebook page, so I contacted him. I sent him photos and he expressed interest. I did work for these guys really good people to work with until it was time to get paid then it was excuss after excuss they said at the start of the job how messed up the people were for not paying but then they do the same thing now I have to take time off work to go file just to get my money

Terrible business! Do not trust! Like others, we were ghosted multiple times, followed by bogus excuses like vacations or employees getting sick. What was originally quoted a 5 week time frame, turned into a 5 month project. Mostly because the guys never showed up when they said they would. After finally showing up, they would complete one part of the project and then claim they needed more money to do more. We would pay and then not see any progress for weeks. Three star b/c a few months ago, when I was in a hurry to have baseboards completed, they did a good job at helping me decide how to do the baseboards and got them done quickly. However, some where missed getting nailed in and after multiple text exchanges they still have not come to secure them. Also, they had their countertop guy come out, measure, and give me a bid and now I have been ghosted like many others have written about.
