Nurse and doctor, no complaints. Office practices are another matter. It’s all about revenue stream. Requested copay refunds 5-6 months after visits, now office is requesting claims reprocessing with another 6 months to resolve and only after patient called for refund status 4 months later. Wellness visit changed to med check. Staff flat out lied about verification of benefits call. Got carrier on the phone who confirmed verification yet office refused to talk to them. My husband and I both had our 1st doctors visit yesterday with Dr. Erik Wilson. We were both very impressed with the time he spent with us addressing all of our concerns and questions. We absolutely loved him and his entire staff there including the Lab Department as well. Everyone was very friendly and very professional.
