The manager and the maintenance man out here is terrible. There were two professional women in the office and they got rid of them for the woman we have now. The maintenance man is sneaky and wants to be in people's apartments while they're not there. Get rid of all of them.
Management is very prejudice. The rules do not apply to everyone and management picks and chooses when to enforce rules and who to enforce them against. Every tenant isnt held to the same standards. The management has picked and choose family and friends to accept as applicants and passes over other potential tenants due to not having a previous relationship with them. This has cause a lot of conflict amongst tenants. The environment changed when the management changed. Bugs everywhere. Trash on the stairs. Children play out... read more
