As a military spouse that has moved from several duty stations this management company and employees are by far the WORST I have ever had to deal with. Missy(property manager) is very condescending and rude. Woodridge housing has been told by several tenants that there is mold in the house and they do nothing to fix it, they do the bare minimum to repair and keep these houses in top shape. Very helpful and polite. Care about the people they rent too.
The manager of the housings is great and maintenance is always around to help
